Abstract: Regular black holes are black holes without spacetime singularities. One of the regular black hole models is composed of two distinct spacetimes separated by a thin shell. We have considered a regular black hole model, which is constructed of a de Sitter core within a thin shell and Reissner-Nordstrom spacetime outside the shell. We assume the shell is located inside the inner horizon of the black hole spacetime so that the shell is a timelike hypersurface. We have obtained some stable solutions of the model numerically using the Israel junction condition. We also extend the study to the slowly rotating case and we have obtained the solution analytically.
